1. About CK Print Lab

CK Print Lab creates and sells 3D printed products, including fidgets and other small manufactured items.

Our products are produced using 3D printing technology and materials such as PLA+ and Silk PLA filament.

2. Product Information

All product images, descriptions, and details are provided as accurately as possible.

Because products are 3D printed, the final product may have small differences compared to photos or examples.

These differences may include:

Layer lines
Small surface marks
Minor texture differences
Slight print imperfections
Differences caused by filament type

These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.

3. Rainbow & Specialty Filament Notice

Many CK Print Lab products use rainbow, color-changing, or specialty filaments.

Because of how these materials print:

Each product may have a unique color pattern
Color placement may vary
No two prints may look exactly the same

This uniqueness is an intended feature of the product.

Customers should expect variation when ordering rainbow or specialty filament products.

4. Materials & Product Care

Most products are printed using PLA-based materials.

PLA products may soften, warp, or deform when exposed to high heat.

Avoid leaving products in:

Hot vehicles
Direct sunlight for extended periods
Near heaters
High-temperature environments

CK Print Lab is not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure or improper use.

5. Fidget Product Notice

CK Print Lab fidgets are designed for casual use and entertainment.

They are not:

Medical devices
Professional therapy products
Guaranteed stress-relief tools

Some products may contain small parts.

Keep products away from young children unless supervised.

CK Print Lab is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse.

6. Pre-Orders

Some products may be available through pre-order.

Pre-order items are produced after orders are collected.

Customers understand that:

You must pick it up
After 2 weeks of not picking it up, you will be refunded and the pre-order is canceled.
It may take up to a week to produce

By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees to wait for production completion.

7. Orders & Payments

Orders must be paid before production or fulfillment unless otherwise arranged.

CK Print Lab reserves the right to:

Cancel orders
Refuse service
Update prices
Modify product availability

Prices and availability may change without notice.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom-made and manufactured products, all sales are final unless:

The product is deemed damaged during sale
The product was pre-ordered, and a seller error occurred to comprehend that.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Issues must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the product.

Refunds or replacements are determined on a case-by-case basis.

9. Custom Requests

If custom options are offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate information.

CK Print Lab is not responsible for:

Incorrect colors selected
Incorrect measurements
Customer-provided mistakes

10. Licensed Designs & Intellectual Property
